Thunderbird Event and Project Planning, Inc. (TEPP) operates as a full service Event and Project Management Service company offering complete professional management and services on a contract basis.  We also promote and produce shows under the Thunderbird Event and Project Planning, Inc. name.  By contracting with TEPP, your organization’s leaders and staff can focus on their own specific responsibilities rather than the day-to-day administrative and development tasks related to event production.  We provide cost effective solutions, and access to our resources, buying power, technology, and equipment when and where you need it.
 

Our firm has been successfully managing events for a combined total of over 15 years.  We believe that the familiarization of each of our professional staff with your event requirements and day-to-day management of your event lends itself to delivering success.  The very nature of our business demands tactful though sometime very direct interaction with all the parties involved from the managing partners to the event attendees.

TEPP’s goal is to provide management services and specialized administrative services to Organizations in an efficient and cost effective manner, and to provide Organizations with the expertise they need, when they need it.  We can bring your organization the skills and capabilities that allow us to provide the services you require in a professional manner with attention to the details that make your event a success.  We help Organizations meet complex challenges by offering both general and specialized areas of expertise.

Our principals are each professional individuals with industry specific backgrounds and skill sets to meet the unique requirements for event management.
 

Advisory Board
Our advisory board is composed of professionals from many industries who contribute to our success in the sport.  Most service or support the motorcycle industry, and although Thunderbird Events is based in the DFW Metroplex, our advisory board is strategically placed throughout major markets, currently including The Metroplex, San Antonio, Houston, Austin and points between.  Future board additions will be directed towards the Western and Northern regions in the next 12-24 months.  This approach affords us a unique view of the motor sport industry across the State and Region.  With expert advice and product lines supplied by our board, we stay competitive in the market.

Our Cost Basis
Our costs are based on the concept of shared resources, which translates into greater savings for your event.  Instead of paying the full cost of employees, additional office space, and additional office equipment your firm pays only a portion of those costs based on the resources you use, when you use them.
