Mission
Statement for TEPP Sales Department
The TEPP sales department is committed to enhancing the
financial condition of the company by the aggressive,
informed and profitable selling of its quality services.
The TEPP sales department is committed to educating its
employees regarding the creative and manufacturing processes
of the company, specific service specifications, as well as
assessing service descriptions and differentiation.
The sales department will take a lead or supporting role in
the following areas:
Service planning (forecasting and capacity
planning).
Order generation.
Cost estimation and pricing.
Order, receipt and entry.
Order selection and prioritization.
Scheduling.
Fulfillment.
Billing.
Claims and liability.
Post-sales service.
TEPP sales department is committed to open communication
with its clients so as to determine their needs and desires
and to, in turn, communicate to the service department and
other departments who can help address client concerns. We
are committed to quality service, which means a willingness
